Compliment or complement?

We all have different motivations for doing our work but a compliment can certainly complement what we do by creating a feeling of pride and encouraging us to do well. We all like to know that we are doing well by others and that our efforts are appreciated so come on - get complimenting everyone - it costs nothing but a few seconds of your time!!
