MyAdvance - a user guide

Our new housing customer portal, MyAdvance?, has a user guide to support customers to sign up and use all of the site's functions.

With step by step instructions and plenty of images, the guide is accessible and a great tool for supporting people to use the portal.

We encourage all staff who support any Advance tenants or shared owners to use MyAdvance to:

- Get in touch with Advance?
- Check their tenancy details, including rent statements
- Make payments to Advance
- Report repairs or maintenance
- Keep their contact details up to date
