Support and Housing Development Strategies

In February 2019 the Advance Board reviewed and agreed two key documents - our Support Development Strategy and our Housing Development Strategy. Both are now available on the intranet on the Business Development page and Housing Development page. ?
The strategies set our ambitions to increase the number of people who get our Housing and Support, continue to increase our Shared Ownership properties and increase the number of customers with complex needs that we support and or receive our housing. A summary of the two strategies is also available on the intranet - and below.

The updated focus on these areas will be reflected on our website - as we update it - and it will also be reflected in a small number of promotional brochures being developed. Expect further updates as they are available.
