David Pallant (pictured with Julie Layton) is a support worker in Kent. He has worked for Advance for 15 years. Service Manager, Isobel Walker said: "David has a really good relationship with all the tenants at Priory Road and Empress Road. He is very hands on and likes to organise theatre trips and days out to the sea side in the summer. All our tenants and their families think highly of David and feel he is approachable and very helpful.
David is committed and takes pride in working for Advance, he is conscientious and always first to complete his training, He works well with outside agencies and helps to promote our services and bring new customers to Advance."
