Customer Survey - Deadline Approaching

So far we've received over 400 completed customer surveys. We are really grateful for all your help so far. As the deadline approaches we want to beat last year's total of 640 - so please encourage all those who haven't already done so to get their survey in before? the 1st June, so that their voices can be heard.
Surveys can be sent back in the provided freepost envelope, or completed online, by going to https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MGJVK2Z??
This year we have put together a communications board that staff can use with customers who don't find the survey format accessible. The board can be used as a whole or can be cut into sections, to do a bit at a time. You can find the communication board in the intranet document library under Customer Engagement>Resources or in the related documents on this page.
Where neither the survey nor the communication board are accessible for the customer you can request a visit where, working with an observational checklist designed by Michelle O'Neill, we can speak to the customer and their staff and family to help us to understand their experience of Advance services.
