4th Quarter PRIDE Award - Efficiency

The winner for the 4th Quarter PRIDE awards in the category of Efficiency is Customer Services Administrator Nidhi Sharma.
Nidhi displayed great efficiency and determination to not only update the Components data, which is where information is stored regarding furniture and white goods supplied to customer and schemes, but to spend a large amount of her own personal time doing so to ensure the information is accurate and up to date.
The work Nidhi has done has a huge positive effect for other staff who process these calls, and for the customers who will receive a better service because of it.
Nidhi has been commended by her colleagues for her efficiency, determination and commitment to her role because of her outstanding efforts, and is truly an example of an Advance employee going above and beyond to achieve success for our organisation.
