4th Quarter Pride Award - Respect

At the Staff conference recently the winners of the 4th Quarter PRIDE awards, as well as the annual PRIDE winners were announced. Isobel Walker Service Manager in Dartford, was announced as the 4th quarter Respect winner, and presented with a certificate.
Isobel arrived at the Dartford schemes at a challenging time, when a few tenants were making life difficult for other customers, and people were beginning to feel uncomfortable in their own homes.
Isobel was able to turn this undesirable experience on its head, and went above and beyond to ensure that the houses became safe environments for the existing tenants once more. Isobel ensures that all tenants have a say and play a part in customer meetings, and that they always feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
There have been many positive responses from family members, and thanks to Isobel, the tenants feel safe and happy again. Congratulations to Isobel on her well-deserved Respect PRIDE award!
