Head in the Clouds

Customers from Hackney and Newham enjoyed spectacular views over the city on a trip to London's Sky Garden last week. Never having seen the city from above the group marvelled at new perspectives on familiar London sights including the Shard and the Tower of London.
Organised by superstar Support Worker, Ilona, from the Hackney Outreach Team, the trip went down really well with Robin, Sylvia, Kehinde and Theresa, who pushed their fear of heights aside to join in with an easter egg hunt in the garden.
Ilona said "This was a brilliant day out for our customers who live locally. It provided them with a new experience and new ways to see and think about the city. Everyone was made to feel totally welcome. Sky Garden is a brilliant resource because it's free, available to all and fully accessible."
