Annual PRIDE winner for DRIVE

We are delighted to announce that the annual winner for the PRIDE award for DRIVE has been given to Julie Urquhart, HR Services Manager based in Witney.
Her nominee said: "Julie has been working tirelessly to improve the completion of mandatory training for safeguarding, working long hours to provide accurate reporting for a project team that are developing our use of Care Academy. Due to her efforts the team has been able to ensure compliance levels for safeguarding training have improved significantly, and we are now nearing 100% completion. This is the perfect example of a colleague showing real drive and determination to get the job done, and has a direct benefit for our staff and customers?."
