Customer Survey 2019 - Supporting Customers with Complex Needs

The customer survey has been landing on doormats and we have already started to receive responses!

This year, we want to do more to support our customers with complex needs to have their voices heard and Michelle O'Neill (Lead on Complex Needs) has been helping us to do that.

This year we have put together a communications board that staff can use with customers who don't find the survey format accessible. The board can be used as a whole or can be cut into sections, to do a bit at a time. Where neither the survey nor the communication board are accessible for the customer you can request a visit where, working with an observational checklist designed by Michelle, we can speak to the customer and their staff and family to help us to understanding their experience of Advance services.

Please encourage customers to fill out the survey and send it back in the return envelope provided - the deadline is Friday 1st June!
