Your staff conference needs you

Staff Conference Wednesday 1st May - Welcome Centre, Coventry
Following the Voice’s consultation about the staff conference we have been given the opportunity this year to try something a little bit different, but we can’t do it without some help from you.
The feedback overwhelmingly showed us that staff feel they don’t know each other very well; and they don’t always have an understanding of what it is that other teams and departments do. We want to change this by using the morning of the conference as a `getting to know you session’.
We are asking teams from all departments to volunteer to give a 5 minute presentation to other staff at the conference. This can be using media, photographs, power point, drama / acting or any creative ways in which teams can depict what it is they do, and what is great about working for Advance. The hope is that we can give each other a better understanding of the massively varied roles and duties that Advance staff carry out. It also gives teams the chance to show the amazing work they do to their peers.
However, this does rely on staff volunteering to make a presentation at the conference. If you think you and your team would like to help by showing us what it is you do please email me ASAP so we can get the ball rolling.

Business Development
Business Assurance
