Team award - PRIDE

Chris Pascoe, Amanda Longhurst and the Dorset support staff team were presented with the annual PRIDE Team Award at the recent staff conference and won both the 4th quarter award and the annual award.
The team provide support services for younger customers in Dorset and their nominee said: "This team has demonstrated how much can be achieved through good leadership and by working in partnership – with commissioners, customers, other teams in the business and with each other.
"Chris and Amanda have worked closely with the Business Development Team to build a positive relationship with Commissioners in Dorset and have been able to secure contracts to deliver new, innovative services. Fairways Court is a relatively new service and is soon to be followed by Woodlark House, a service for younger people with learning disabilities and complex needs. It seems like they stop at nothing to deliver a good service for their customers both internal and external. They clearly take PRIDE in their work and are a shining example of our values."
