10-year award for Mary

Congratulations to Mary Adeniran, Deputy Service Manager from our support services in Newham, East London, on her 10-year long service award.
Mary is proud to be in a leadership role at Nicholas Court. Last year the team won a PRIDE award for supporting a customer with visits from a family member during difficult circumstances. They put processes in place to ensure visits could continue by involving multiple agencies; getting everyone working together to follow the same guidelines. This meant that the customer's rights could be fully respected and their family relationship maintained. In dealing so successfully with this situation, the team demonstrated many of the PRIDE values.
Mary was presented with her award while attending training at the Hackney office by Advance Trainer, Max Godgridge.
