Annual PRIDE award - respect

At the recent Staff Conference, the overall annual PRIDE Award winners were announced. Magda Kochmanska, support worker in Hampshire, was revealed as the annual Respect award winner due to her outstanding commitment to the role, and her excellent communication skills.
A team of external healthcare specialists who were doing a health check on a customer Magda was working with were so impressed with her 'superb empathy' and knowledge of the patient that they wrote to her line manager to commend her. The healthcare specialists went so far as to say;
'We have been doing these health checks here for a very long time, Magda's care, knowledge and empathy all given so professionally and appropriately was outstanding.'
To be noticed and admired by other professionals during a busy day at work demonstrates how exceptional Magda is at her job, and we are very grateful to have her on our team. Congratulations Magda – well deserved!
