We're excited about our opportunity to re-apply for the Investors In People (IIP) accreditation which is due to expire in March. IIP is focused on staff engagement, and your views count. Therefore, as part of the accreditation, you'll receive an email link on or around 11 February 2019 to a short survey to complete to share your views on working at Advance.
We're working with IIP because at Advance we recognise that you, our staff, are our biggest and most important asset and as part of our PRIDE values we have an ongoing commitment to continuously review and improve the way we manage, develop and lead our staff. IIP provides us with a framework to enable us to measure how we're doing and how this could be even better.
The survey is strictly confidential and remains anonymous. It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
