As a reminder please  ensure that all H&S incidents are logged in Incident Management  on iPlanit When reporting any incidents that may meet the criteria for RIDDOR it is essential that the advice of Citation is immediately sought before officially reporting to the Health and Safety Executive.  Please ring the advice number 0345 844 4848 before you do anything further. If you are in doubt please seek the advice of the H&S Committee or your senior manager.

Training
