Annual PRIDE award for

At the recent Staff Conference staff were presented with the 4th quarter and annual PRIDE awards.  Beverley Lee, Service Manager for Nuneaton, Bedworth & Rugby (seen here with Area Manager, Gus) was presented with her certificates as a 4th quarter winner and annual winner for PRIDE.  Bev joined Advance as a casual Support Worker in 2013.  She has progressed over the years and in February 2017 took a Team Leader position and in April 2018 she was promoted to Service Manager.

When Beverley joined Advance the scheme was experiencing several issues with staffing which if not managed properly straight away would potentially impact on Advance's reputation and the service being delivered to our customers. The Service was without a manager for an 8 month period and Bev's passion for both her job and her colleagues ensured the service continued to run without impacting on the service delivered to the customers.

Since being promoted to Team Leader and the Service Manager Beverley has evidenced the PRIDE Values in everything she does.  Customers and staff when asked to describe Beverley said simply she is ‘Brilliant’.  Well done Bev!!
